MUTUAL FUND CAPITALIZATION - CRA Qualified Investment Fund
Cincinnati Change will create a debt securities and equity investment vehicle that will provide for:
(1) A high level of current income consistent with the preservation of capital;
(2) support of Cincinnati Change’s mission of creating schools that will provide the workforce and entrepreneurial partners for Cincinnati Changes private sector development arm to rebuild Cincinnati;
(3) the creation of real estate investments in Greater Cincinnati that support real estate development as stated in Cincinnati Change’s operations declaration, and;
(4) the creation of investments that will be deemed qualified under the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, as amended (the “CRA”), so financial institutions that are subject to the CRA may receive investment test or similar credit under the CRA with respect to shares of a Mutual Fund partner of Cincinnati Change and are held by them.
