Nelson Madelia School of African Studies

The African Union (AU), was founded in July 2002, and is the successor to the Organization of African Unity (OAU). Modeled after the European Union (EU), it aims to help promote democracy, human rights and development across Africa, especially by increasing foreign investment through the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) programme.

We have developed a programme that is in line with the NEPAD strategic framework document. Our solution arises from a mandate given to the five initiating Heads of State (Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa) by the Organization of African Unity (OAU) to develop an integrated socio-economic development framework for Africa. The 37th Summit of the OAU in July 2001 formally adopted the strategic framework document.

CINCINNATI CHANGE, a United States of America (USA) Non Governmental Organization who owns part of a for profit company, will develop for African people a global 3rd Frontier Creative Class Information Infrastructure. This infrastructure will use all types of electronics systems to deliver content and electronic financial transactions along with lifelong distance learning courses to all of Africa through distributed open standards desktop embedded in a secure proprietary core server network.

CINCINNATI CHANGE will build on this framework to develop a NEPAD goals solution to equip schools with technology. We will start with computers, software and broadband connectivity connections including Internet access. We will also develop a distance learning infrastructure and provide learning materials along with establishing health points at schools in support of an enhanced Nepad e-Health Programme called the Nelson Madelia School of African Studies .

Delivery targets have been set to turn all African high schools into Nepad e-schools within five years (2008) of the implementation start date and all African primary schools into Nepad e-schools within 10 years (2014) of the start date (2003). Around 600,000 schools are set to benefit. Cincinnati Change will develop with global technology solutions that provides support for a million students under management by 2009 by a company with Network Operations Centers in the USA and in South Africa.

Cincinnati Change is dedicated to the spread freedom and democracy around the world. We are a organization dedicated to secure a more peaceful world for our children and grandchildren by doing what is right for all people in Africa. We are just beginning but we have the rights to patented communications technology being used by Microsoft, Intel and just now being developed by us to meet this need.
